Terms of service

Payment in full is due at start of service. Payment for ongoing weekly services like check-ins or walks is due the Friday of each week. Overnight service may be cancelled with no penalty 8 or more days before the date of service. A cancellation fee will be charged when overnight services are cancelled within 7 days of the date of service. For cancellation during any service that has already begun, a credit will be issued. No refunds will be given. Your credit card must be on file with any vendor that may need to care for your pet in an emergency while in our care (i.e. Veterinarian, Emergency Pet Clinic, etc.).
